A late fee of $20 will be charged every 15 minutes. The goal is to be on time. Please be considerate of the staff's time, children's school schedules as well as other parents. Children attending school must be on time in the mornings.

*** Call us immediately*** concerning late pickups so we can make arrangements and adjustments accordingly.

OPEN DOOR POLICY

Licensing requires that all childcare facilities observe the “Open door policy” during normal business hours.  It is the legal right of the parents to stop in to see their child at any time and to inspect the area where that child is cared for.  Although this is a basic regulation within normal business hours, there will be no entry drop-ins or inspections after 12AM for the safety of ALL children and staff in an overnight care facility.

**** Parents will be allowed to do an observation video-call ANYTIME during business hours of operation to see their children's well-being.

Unexpected drop-ins outside of business hours or on weekends without an appointment violates our personal space. If you have questions or concerns, please feel free to contact us or schedule an appointment.

VOLUNTEERS AND EXTENDED VISIT TIME

Many parents like to visit and observe their children during play or story time.  This is strongly encouraged; however, there is a time limit for visitations.  For extended longer periods of visitation the site must remain compliant, safe and legal. The adult/parent that wants to spend longer periods of time must go through the process of passing clearance through Childcare Licensing.  This involves an FBI Clearance, State Clearance and TB testing as well as a signed criminal record statement to be kept on file at the site.   This process is very easy to ensure the safety of All children and Staff. We are here to help you with all clearance forms.

PERSONAL CARE ITEMS

Personal care items such as: clean clothes, pajamas, pull ups, slippers, diaper rash ointment, combs, toothbrushes, etc. are to be provided by the parents.  These supplies should be checked regularly and restocked by each parent.  Each child will be provided a cubie.  Any above listed items that are not adequately supplied by the parents may be purchased by the provider.  The parent hereby accepts and agrees to reimburse provider for these expenses. A copy of the receipt will be provided a long with a billing statement from the site to the parent.
